Win Carabao Cup Tickets with Carabao SPORT Packs Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. The Promoter ( “Promoter”) is Intercarabao Limited, 1420 Arlington Business Park, Reading, RG7 4SA. The EFL have not sponsored this Promotion in any way.
  2. The Promotion is open to UK residents, excluding the Channel Islands and Isle of Man, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families or anyone directly connected with this Promotion. Entries from other countries and from those under 18 will not be accepted and will automatically be disqualified.
  3. No purchase necessary; however, internet access and a valid email address are required.
  4. The Promotion is open from 09:00 BST on Monday 24th June 2024 and closes at 23:59 GMT on Friday 28th February 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Entries received after the end of the Promotion Period will be automatically disqualified. Entries for each Round must be made by the relevant Prize Draw Cut Off (the “Cut Off”) as per the table in clause 10.
  5. To enter: Entrants must visit drinkcarabao.co.uk/wintickets and complete the online form with their details (name and email address) alongside their preferred football club (“Preferred Club”) in the Carabao Cup 2024/25 competition (the “Carabao Cup”) to enter the group of supporters (the “Fan Pool”) for that Preferred Club.
    a. When a football club is drawn as the home team for a Round of the Carabao Cup (the “Home Team”), entries in the Fan Pool for that Home Team will be automatically entered into the Home Team Prize Draw for the relevant number of Prizes for that Round, as set out by the table in clause 8.
    b. For the Final, entries in the relevant Fan Pools for either Club playing will automatically be entered into a shared Prize Pool with one Prize Draw for 1 x Prize for the Final.
  6. Further entry details:
    a. Once an entrant’s Preferred Club has been knocked out of the Carabao Cup, those entrants will no longer be able to participate and any entries for that Preferred Club will be void.
    b. Once an entrant has entered the Fan Pool of their Preferred Club, this entry will remain in the Fan Pool throughout the Promotion Period. Entrants can receive more entries into that Fan Pool by entering again in a different Round.
    c. A maximum of 1 Preferred Club is permitted per person; after the first entry, all following entries made must be into the Fan Pool for the same Preferred Club.
    d. Maximum of 1 entry to a Fan Pool is permitted per person per Round (excluding the Semi-Final Leg 1 and the Semi-Final Leg 2), up to a maximum of 6 in total during the Promotion Period. A maximum of 1 entry is permitted across the Semi-Final Leg 1 and the Semi-Final Leg 2.
  7. No person may win more than 1 Prize per Round, up to a maximum of 7 in total.
  8. The Prizes: There will be a total of 605 winners. Each winner will win 1 x pair of general admission tickets to a home match (a “Prize”) for their Preferred Club in the Carabao Cup 2024/25 competition (a “Match”). The Prizes will be allocated as follows:

  9. Further Prize details:

    a. Tickets are only valid for supporters of the home team.
    b. The exact Match details, including the time and date, will be communicated to winners during Winner Notification.
    c. Prior to matchday, winners will be notified whether their tickets will be available for match day collection at the club’s ticket office, or sent ahead of kick off as an E-Ticket via email. For collection the winner must provide photo ID, or the Tickets will not be released.
    d. The Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Under no circumstances can a Prize be transferred to a third party or sold for any financial amount, doing so will result in the immediate forfeit of the Prize.
    e. Once tickets have been issued, they are only valid for the Match shown on the ticket. No alternatives are available.
    f. If the guest is a minor, then they should be accompanied by a responsible adult and with their guardian’s consent.
    g. Dates and times of matches are subject to change (e.g. if televised match, schedule may dictate) and no guarantee is made that a match will be on a particular date or time.
    h. Notwithstanding any other terms and conditions of this Promotion (including all terms and conditions the Football League Limited Conditions of Issue as well as the relevant Ground Regulations in force at the venue), no refunds or any other monetary compensation will be paid in relation to any ticket that a winner has won in this Promotion where any Match is rescheduled, postponed, delayed or cancelled (for whatever reason).
    i. Entry to the applicable venues/stadiums are subject to the normal conditions of entry to the applicable stadiums and any other reasonable instructions of the venue operator. The Promoter shall not be liable if the winner and/or their guest is refused entry because they do not meet these conditions or if they fail to comply with the instructions of the venue operator. All tickets will be “home” tickets. Away fans are not permitted in the “home” section of a venue/stadium.
    j. Winners may be subject to a name check against any football club, venue or sporting Banning Orders as well as the National Police Database for those who may be subject to a court banning order. The Club may check winners name and their guests.
    k. Those who are on a football banning order, banned from any sports events or on a list of known “hooligans” are not allowed to enter this Promotion.
    l. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner and/or guest on the basis of the findings resulting from a background or information check and award the tickets to an alternative winner.
    m. Attending fans are required to not wear opposition colours and doing so may result in entry to the venue/stadium not being permitted.
    n. All tickets issued shall be subject at all times to the ticket terms and conditions of the relevant venue/stadium. The use of a ticket to enter the relevant stadium constitutes acceptance of the Home Match Day Ticket Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of Entry. The ticket shall remain at all times the property of the relevant venue/stadium.
    o. The winners are responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest whilst taking the Prize. While attending the venue/stadium, the winner and their guest must comply with all policies, rules and reasonable instructions provided by the EFL, venue operators and/or any authority at the venue/stadium. The EFL, the relevant venue operators and authorities reserve the right to remove any entrant or winner (and/or their permitted guests) for failing to comply with those policies, rules or instructions or otherwise behaving in an inappropriate manner. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the venue/stadium.
    p. The winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions which form part of the Prize. Whilst at the venue/stadium, the winner and/or their guest must not: be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, underage, be abusive, threatening, make or incite racial abuse, chant, use offensive language, make obscene gestures, throw items, behave anti-socially, carry laser pens, bring animals (except guide dogs), carry offensive weapons or illegal substances, carry candles, climb any structure, make excessive noise, offer any item for sale, damage the venue or smoke. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the venue/stadium.
    q. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
    r. The winner must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.
    s. At all times, the Promoter will have the discretion as to how to implement the Prize fulfilment.
  10. Winner Selection: Provisional winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received into the Fan Pool for the relevant Home Team between the start of the Promotion Period and the Cut Off for that particular Round, as detailed in the table below. There will be a total of 93 Prize Draws. For the total confidence of entrants, the Prize Draws will be conducted by an independent party within 1 day of the relevant Cut Off, as per the table below.

  11. Winner Notification: Provisional winners will be contacted via the email address used to enter within 1 working day from Winner Selection. They will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility alongside further details (their mobile number, full home address, their Preferred Club and their guest’s name). Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winners. Once eligibility has been confirmed, a provisional winner will be confirmed as a winner. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 24 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
  12. Prize Acceptance: Notification to arrange fulfilment of the Prizes will take place within 7 days of acceptance of the Prizes. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize, the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing football@intercarabao.com. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.
  13. Provided no objection is received from the winners, a winners list containing the surname and county of residence of the winners will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available at drinkcarabao.co.uk/wintickets. Winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.
  14. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize acceptance.
  15. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry/ies (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
    a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.
    b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
    c. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
    d. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
    e. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
    f. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
    g. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
    h. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
  16. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation. Under no circumstances can a Prize be transferred to a third party or sold for any financial amount. If for any reason the Prizes are not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another Prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
  17. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these T&Cs and agreed to be bound by them when entering this Promotion. All other terms and conditions apply (including all terms and conditions of the Football League Limited Conditions of Issue as well as the Wembley National Stadium Ground Regulations. Both of these documents can be found at www.efl.com/ticketconditions). Winners must abide by those terms at all times. The promotor or the EFL accepts no responsibility if the winner and/or the winner’s guest are denied entry or asked to leave the match for failure to abide by such terms, any applicable law or regulation or because of their inappropriate behaviour.
  18. The Promoter will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete contact information.
  19. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged, delayed, unreadable or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to drinkcarabao.co.uk/wintickets.
  20. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the Prize details beyond the Promoter’s control, for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prizes and for any act or default of any third party supplier.
  21. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
  22. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at https://drinkcarabao.co.uk/policies/privacy-policy. The EFL will be provided with information (including name and address) of the competition winners for prize administration and databases will be checked against any club banning orders as well as the National Police database for those who may be subject to a court banning order. The EFL will not otherwise use winners' personal details for reasons other than the above, unless lawfully permitted to do so.
  23. If any part/s of these terms and conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
  24. If there is a discrepancy between these terms and conditions and those in any promotional material, these terms and conditions will prevail.
  25. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
